Moksha Yoga Pty Ltd supplies all meditation equipment. We encourage students to wear comfortable loose clothing that allows you to stretch comfortably and that is not restrictive. It is also important that you aim to not eat or drink (except water) two hours prior to each practice.
Who should attend?
Carers who caring for a person with a disability, mental illness or who is older and frail or has dementia. Participants must reside in the Southern Metropolitan Region.
