STRATEGIES TO ASSIST CARERS COPE WITH LOSS AND CHANGE

We invite you to attend a workshop presented by Alfred Health Carer Services.

This workshop will allow you to explore the emotional impact of caring for an older person or someone living with dementia.  It will provide the opportunity to;

• Acknowledge the impact of loss and change

• Help you to recognise your strengths

• Explore supports available and ways you can take care of yourself

• Learn from the experience of other carers

Who Should Attend

Family members, carers and friends who are supporting an older person or someone living with dementia at home.

Assistance with in-home respite, transport and interpreters can be arranged; please make a request when booking.

Participants must reside in the Southern Metropolitan Region
