Join us for a series of 3 workshops designed to help you learn techniques to relax, take care of yourself and practice self compassion.
The focus during these workshops will be on simple self care using easy breathing techniques, very gentle movement, guided sitting meditation practice, relaxation techniques, group discussion and learning how to self soothe.
About the Facilitator:
Jo Gibbs is a hospital and university trained registered nurse and experienced yoga and mindfulness teacher. She is passionate about assisting carers to be kind to themselves so that they can continue to care well.

Who should attend?
Carers, family members, and friends who are supporting a person with dementia, a frail older person, a person with a disability or a person experiencing mental illness.
