We have four Carer Support Programs which we may link you into for short-term support and planning. We can assist by phone or someone could come and visit you at home.
We regularly host events and workshops for carers to learn more about services, build skills and confidence and participate in activities to support your wellbeing. Select our Events & Workshops from the menu above to learn more.
We help carers from many different cultures and backgrounds. These information sheets explain how we help, and can be printed for carer families and friends. Speak to us if you require interpreter support. Alfred Health has interpreter and translation services.
You could also phone the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) on 131 450. TIS operators will listen to you and use an interpreter to make a telephone call on your behalf.
