Multilingual Services
We have a strong commitment to assisting and supporting people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. To ensure that we provide a more responsive service, our staff receive regular cross-cultural training.
We also realise many of our clients may have different language needs. To meet their needs we can access interpreters from the Translating and Interpreter Service. There is no charge for this service.
I have not used your service before. How do I arrange for an Interpreter to assist me with my enquiry?
Please contact the Translating and Interpreter Service on 131 450. Tell them which language you speak and they will arrange for an interpreter to assist you. Ask the interpreter to connect you to the “Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre Southern Region” on one of the telphone numbers listed on the 'Contact Us/Map' page.
