Do you care for a person with dementia and live near Frankston?

Alzheimer’s Australia Vic invites you to attend the Memory Lane Café program in Frankston. The program is available for people with a diagnosis of dementia and their family members. 

The Frankston café provides an opportunity for the person with dementia and their family member to enjoy time together, with some refreshments and entertainment, in the company of people in a similar situation to themselves. Alzheimer’s Australia Vic counselling staff and trained volunteers also attend. 
 
Many people begin to attend the café in the early stages of dementia; however, people at various stages of progression attend the cafés.
 
Transport can be arranged to attend the cafe which is held at the Banksia Community Respite Centre, 12 Inglis Street, Frankston.
