For General Practitioners (GPs)
Information sheets for carers
Many carers in the community are unaware of the range of services available to support them in their caring role. Following are information sheets designed by the Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre Southern Region (CRCCSR) to introduce carers to the service and its potential benefits.
For GPs supporting people who are in a caring role, follow the links below to a range of resources including printable information sheets for carers.
Carelink is another program offered by CRCCSR and is a free, phone information service operating weekdays 9.00am to 5.00pm.. Carelink can provide carers, professionals (including GPs) and the wider community with current details about community support services.
All CRCCSR services can be contacted by calling *1800 052 222.
